5:30 P.M. to 11:00 P.M.

The ceremony will take place at the Wills Perennial Garden, followed by dinner and dancing at the Frist Learning Center adjacent to the garden.

The ceremony and reception are both outdoors. The ceremony grounds are grass, while the reception grounds are paved brick.

Attire is black tie optional. 

Transportation for our guests will be provided from the Hayes Street Hotel to Cheekwood. Trolleys  will arrive at 4:15 P.M. and depart the hotel for Cheekwood at 4:30 P.M.  

Please arrive early to ensure your spot. 

Last trolleys will depart Cheekwood at 11:00 P.M.
